A CRO optimization project for Informe.com.ar where we identified which variables truly impact user decisions when requesting online vehicle domain reports.
What started as a challenge of balancing user information turned into a success story thanks to a continuous sequential testing process. The over 68% increase in overall conversion proportionally translating into extra monthly revenue demonstrates that the key is finding the perfect balance between providing clarity and avoiding friction.
The challenge
Vortex Labs faced the challenge of optimizing the conversion flow for their online vehicle domain report requests. The main objective was improving the conversion funnel by precisely identifying which variables truly impacted user decisions during the request process, navigating the thin line between providing clarity and information and generating friction.
Our solution
Between October 2025 and March 2026, we implemented an optimization project focused on improving user experience and the overall page flow. We carried out a continuous optimization plan, testing different initiatives focused on value proposition clarity, call to action (CTA), and reducing operational barriers throughout the flow.

Improvement with visible CTA
Strategies implemented
Some of the highest-return strategies executed in this project.
Simplified page structure
Action
We simplified the content of the initial section and guided users by making the main form button clearer.
Result
This action generated a +2.9% increase in conversion, confirming that fewer elements translate into faster decisions and better user orientation.
Greater visibility of elements and benefits
Action
We made the main button more visible and clarified the value proposition benefit from the very first moment.
Result
We achieved an additional +10.58% increase in conversion, demonstrating that when users quickly understand what they need to do and have fewer doubts at the start, they advance further in the request.
Conclusions and learnings
Less is more: simplifying visual hierarchy and guiding users in a single direction significantly improves performance compared to information-heavy versions.
Excess information generates friction: users don't always need more explanation to proceed. Too many validations or microcopy can add noise, generate doubts, and increase user resistance.
Users seek direct value: complicating the request flow causes strong drops in the conversion funnel and leads more users to abandon the process.
The Vortex Labs project showed us that reducing barriers in forms connects with users completely focused on the direct value of their actions. That's why changes favoring clearer hierarchy and a more transparent value proposition managed to increase conversion by 68.7% in just 5 months.
