Iomob is a Spanish startup connecting multiple transport services in a single app, making mobility more accessible and integrated. At Boost, we helped them overcome data management and interpretation challenges, implementing visualization solutions that allowed them to better understand their users, optimize their product, and make informed decisions that drove growth.

The challenge

Their infrastructure had fragmented databases and incorrect Google Analytics 4 implementation, hindering a clear view of user behavior. Added to this was a large volume of uninterpreted information and undetected app errors compromising user experience.

Our solution

At Boost, we tackled the challenges with an integral approach: we unified their databases in BigQuery, corrected the GA4 implementation, and enabled an advanced analytics system to detect errors and improve UX. We also developed real-time situation maps and trained their team in data interpretation.
